No dj, slight fading and shelfwear to boards with a minor stain to the bottom of the front board, slightly cocked, else very good. An important source on the Cherokee Nation and on the little known southern phase of the French and Indian war (1755-62). Timberlake was a young Virginian who traveled through the south and here provides the first eye witness account of the Tennessee country as well as his experiences accompanying a party of Cherokee chiefs to England.
