Austin: John Marshall, State Printer, 1861. 37pp. Original self wrappers, stitched. Well foxed, minor edge chipping. The extra session adjourned April 9th having passed 41 acts. Most had to do with railroads, but additionally there were bills passed providing relief to individuals, incorporating businesses, appropriating funds to pay for various services, and prohibiting the sale of liquor within three miles of Baylor University.
