A Graphologist Looks at Custer and Some of His Friends (and a few enemies).

Bryan, TX: N/P:, N/D. (1977). 1 of 100, numbered and signed by Carroll. 3 pamphlets. iv, (10)pp, illus; ii, (20)pp, illus; (26)pp, illus. Original printed wrappers. Light wear, sight creases to a few pages of the third book, else very good. Just when you think you've seen every possible indignity inflicted on Custer, something else turns up. Here Custer and twenty-nine of his contemporaries are analyzed by their signatures. Of Custer: "He was modest, but wanted to appear to be egotistical. He was intuitive, but preferred to seem logical in thought." Sure. Buy this load of hooey and then look up the phrase "cold reading." Nice portraits by Lorence Bjorklund, though. Item #20034
