The Zia Company in Los Alamos, A History.

El Paso: Carl Hertzog, 1950. [viii], 71pp, illus, map (by Jose Cisneros). Minor fading to exterior, and a small spot on the front board, but internally clean and very good. The Zia Company was contracted to build and operate Los Alamos in the years just after the war. McKee was president of the company and his account is awkwardly written and self serving, but I suppose it is still a first hand account of an important phase in the town's history. Designed and produced by Carl Hertzog, thus a handsome piece with a nice map by Jose Cisneros. Lowman 69. Item #17390

Price: $150.00
