Evetts Haley and William Curry Holden who prepared it for publication. It is, according to the subtitle, "The story of Amarillo and the development of the great ranches of the Texas Panhandle." Typography designed by Carl Hertzog who added an inscription to a Santa Fe bookseller describing the three variant special editions. Item #15359
