The Apache Kid was a trusted Indian scout in Arizona in the 1880's but got into a couple of scrapes and fled into the hills of the southwest and Mexico. The remainder of his life was a mystery and every unexplained murder in the region was blamed on him. Ramon Adams says of this bio, "A well-written history, and up to the time of it's publication the most nearly complete work on this notorious Arizona Indian outlaw." Rare praise from the usually critical bibliographer. 6Guns 748.
